Click the "Start" button and type in "\\papercut03" and hit enter. Use back slashes (\\), please do not use forward slashes (//) as it will not work.
A windows should pop up listing many printers as below.
In the search box in the top right, type the 3 digit number at the end of the printer name you are looking for. (This will be on the printer in a label)
If there is more than one option listed ending with the number you typed, make sure to choose the one that starts with 477. All Pickens' printers will start with 477.
Right click on the correct printer and choose the "Connect" option.
A window should pop up briefly showing that the printer is being installed. Repeat the above steps for additional printers that need to be added.
