New Ticket System (IncidentIQ):
IncidentIQ will be replacing Freshdesk.
All Staff should start using the new ticket system as soon as possible to become more familiar with it.
I will be keeping Freshdesk open until the end of August just in case problems arise with the new system.
That said, it is preferred that you submit a ticket to the new system.
