Can you navigate to https://app.goto.com/ and sign in? If you don't have an account you'll have to go to www.onjive.com and follow its many, many prompts to create one, but once logged into app.goto.com/ you can check your voicemail settings by clicking settings under your name.:
Go to settings, Then expand the Voice Options (do not go to voicemails, that would be way too convenient) then click voicemail.
From there, you just have to make sure that you enter the correct email address and UNCHECK the box that says delete voicemails after emailing. This should fix you.
