     Making a call:  Lift handset or press Speakerphone button.  Dial 10-digit number.

*No need to dial 9 to make a call *


Ending a call:  Hang up handset or press EndCall button


Redial: Select “History” button to see all calls made and received. Select the up and down arrows to scroll through the calls and choose the one to redial. Select the “Call” button.


Hold: Hold is personal and does not allow the line to be picked up by anyone else. Simply press “Hold”

to put the call on hold and press the “Resume” button or “Hold” key again to pick the call back up.


Intercom:  Dial *50 and the extension you wish to intercom with.


PA:  Dial your first 3 digits of you building extension number + 99 to make a building-wide announcement


Transfer: Press “Transfer” and the extension of where you want to transfer the call to. Press “Send” and wait for the person to answer.  Announce the call and press “Transfer” again to complete.  Hang up.

Example: Transfer + 100 + Send + Transfer


To Transfer without announcing the call (blind transfer): Select “Transfer”, the extension, and then “BTransfer”.  Hang up.

To Transfer to Voicemail: Press “Transfer”. Dial *99 and enter the extension number. Press “BTransfer”.


Conference: During an active call press “Conf”.  The call is placed on hold.  Enter the number or extension of the second party and press “Call”. When they answer, press “Conf” again to join the callers together.


Checking Voicemail Remotely:  Dial into the main number and follow the prompts to access your extension. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press the star key (*) and follow the prompts.


DND Button: Stands for Do Not Disturb. Hitting this button will silence your ringer and send all calls directly to voice mail. It has a red circle in the top right when turned on.


Volume: Use the volume buttons while performing the action you want to increase/decrease volume.


To Switch to Speaker from Headset/Handset: Press the SPEAKER Key, replace handset in cradle.




Setting up Voicemail

  1. Press the voicemail button or dial *99.

  2. Enter 0000 digit number and press #. 

  3. Enter your PIN. 

  4. Follow the instructions to create a password, record your name, and record your    

   personal greeting.


Changing voicemail password:

1. Press “Menu” and then use the up and down arrows to select the “Basic” button

2. Press the “Enter” button

3. Scroll down and choose option 5 (Change PIN)

4. Follow prompts to change password and Save


Changing voicemail name:

1. Press “Menu” and then use the up and down arrows to select the message button

2. Type in your existing password and press the # key

3. Choose option 5

4. Follow prompts to record your new name


Changing your greeting:

1. Press the voicemail button or dial *99.

2. Type in your existing password and press the # key

3. Choose option 6

4. Follow prompts to record your new greeting
