Getting Started with GoTo Connect Phone System

IMPORTANT NOTE:  When using Soft phone or mobile app, all 911 calls will be directed to the location of your extension (site building) not your actual location if different from your site. You must be prepared to give 911 responders your actual location in the event of an emergency.

You do not need to dial 9 before making a call outside of the district.  Please call #911 (not 9911)

Before getting started, please be sure to listen to and delete all voicemails from your current phone.  Once your site goes live with GO TO Connect, you will not be able to retrieve your old voicemails.

Remember to sign out the GoToConnect Soft phone before starting a video call (Google Meet or other) so an incoming call does not disturb the video meeting!
